Plugin affects site icon for browsers

I love this program, but notice one issue. Once installed, it either over-rode the site icon, or ?? In effect, once installed, browsers (Thunderbird, Chrome, Opera, etc.) no longer show the “icon” in the menu or URL. Any idea? This is almost (sadly) something which will make me switch to another program, only because I am the only one who logs into the sites as Admin…and it looked beautiful to easily see which of my sites I was working on… Any help or heard of this, it’s likely an easy fix.
