• Hi, I am doing a website, about online printing shop, so technically registered users will be able to do multiple uploads from a chosen template Let say, they have selected 4R size photo, and want to have 5 photos to be printed.. any idea of which plugin should I go?

The print job will still need to be done manually, right? So what you are really looking for is a way for users to give you info about themselves and their print job, upload the file, and pay. Is that correct?

If that’s what you need, I think I would go with something like Gravity Forms. This is a paid plugin, but will give you a number of nice features for both uploading files as well as taking payments.

Or have I completely misunderstood what you are looking for?

Hey Bet, thanks for replying.. Yes correct.. but does Gravity Forms support multiple uploads with attached files ? currently using WooCommerce- upload my file but it does not match what I need fully

I’m pretty sure that GF will let you do multiple updoads. They are pretty good about answering pre-purchase questions in their forum, so you could check with them.

have u ever used this plugin before? Can I integrate it with some other plugins?

Yes, I’ve used it a lot. What plugins are you hoping to integrate with?

WooCommerce.. I hve set up the things already, the only problem now is just I need users to upload some file photo attachments to get printed on the order. However, I want ti limit the number of the upload as well.. Like for example, if they order 4 photos for 4R size photo, they can only upload no more than 4 file attachments.. I guess this can be done with GF?

Yes. There are Woo Commerce & Gravity Forms integrations. You’ll have to sort through to find what might work best in your situation.

Hi Bet, I think GF supports multiple uploads but I wonder how to restrict the number of uploads with GF? or have u ever seen/used WooCommerce-upload my file PRO version

If memory serves correctly, each Gravity Form upload field only allows one upload – or at least you could set up that way. Either way, I’m certain that you can limit the number of uploads if you need to.

Like I said above, be GF folks are really great about asking prepurchase questions – don’t hesitate to press them for details about what you need.

What part of it didn’t work? Do you mean that you contacted the Gravity Forms people, and they told you that your proposed integration would work?

You might contact the Woo Commerce folks with your questions. Maybe they have some ideas for how you can do what you’re needing to do.
