[Plugin: Advanced Events Registration] Edit attendee not working

  • Hey there,

    I am having trouble with the edit attendee window not updating the details to the database. New details are either entered or changed and when I click on the update record button the page is refreshed and the old values return.

    A look at the database confirms that the details remain unchanged.

    The “Edit Attendee Payment Record” area works as it is meant to however.

    I am wondering if others are having a similar problem with this? And if they were able to create a fix for it?

  • I have the same problem as well. Couldn’t fix it though.
    Btw do you have a problem with adding extra registration questions using the DROPDOWN list type?

    The dropdown appears fine on the registration page but the selected value from the dropdown isn’t being added to the database.

    Hey Auranoir,

    Thanks for your feedback ?? I hope we can work this together with some assistance of others.

    Regarding your question about the dropdown list – I added a couple of questions onto the form but I did so manually through editing the code and adjusting the sql query. Maybe that is an option for you?

    Mind you I have never worked with PHP before so I am just hacking away and learning as I go ??

    any solution? I’ve the same problem…

    Hey Guys,

    Sounds like your database is not getting updated for some reason. I assume you are using the free version?

    If you want, send me an email (its in the readme and event_regis.php file) with the version you are using and if possible a login to your WordPress site so I can see whats going.
