[Plugin: Advanced Custom Fields] Uninstalled and now editor, slug, etc missing from custom post type

Hi,
I was testing your plugin to see if it’s what I needed and uninstalled it. Now my custom post type edit page is missing fields.
How do I restore the advanced options I deselected (Content Editor, Custom Fields, Discussion, etc?)
