[Plugin: Advanced Custom Fields] PDF uploading to wrong content window

Great that uploading images is working again… Now I’m finding that when I upload a pdf into the main content window, I see the link show up into my ACF wysiwyg box instead (These are the only 2 regions in my template).
I don’t know if this is a new bug, or an existing bug. I disabled other plugins to see if it made a difference (it didn’t).
