[Plugin: Advanced Code Editor] Tab key does nothing

    Indents, by hitting the Tab key, do not appear.

    All versions of this plugin since 2.0 have experienced this error, including 2.1.1

    You hit the tab key, nothing happens. The line does not indent.

    There are occasions when I return to a file after saving and an indent is there.

    Also the Backspace and Delete keys occasionally act erratically. Sometimes they work, sometimes not.
