[Plugin: Advanced AJAX Page Loader] Sidebars not loading/unloading

While I tested this plugin I fell madly in love however I can’t use it. I have close-to-zero programming experience so don’t ask me to do/understand much without clear instructions.
My problem is that when I load a Full Width page it doesn’t unload the sidebar and completely messes up my installation of Mingle and Mingle-Forum which I’ve set a few pages to use.
I managed to get around that problem by adding “, /forum/” to the HREF ignore list, but then when I browse back it doesn’t load the sidebar at all for any page.

I really would love to get this working because my host is a bit slow and this makes my site feel awesome instead of watching a white page for a few seconds while it loads.
