[Plugin: Advanced AJAX Page Loader] HREF Ignore List doesn't work

Trying to use this plugin which is great, managed to work around a few issues, however, if you try and download a file, it just loads forever, even though I’ve tried specifying the full URL, part of the URL, and just file extension under HREF Ignore List.

Where else can I tell this plugin to ignore the file listen.pls?
