[Plugin: Advanced Access Manager] Removal of previously created roles in profile role dropdown

Hi there … first the thanks, nice work on this plugin … I’ve been through all of them over the years ??

I’m using AAM 1.4.3

The issue I’m experiencing is that the custom created roles and capabilities I manually created when I first began building this site ( CPT’s were too new and there was a lot of haziness initially, so, did by hand ) are not showing up in the role dropdown select on the profile editor page.

They are being recognized by the plugin itself, although with no option to delete … but, in the areas like the profile editor dropdown they are not there.

Disable AAM and custom roles show … activate AAM and they disappear.

Any clues what might be causing this behavior? I’m also using the latest version of Buddypress and the standalone bbpress plugin. Their custom roles do show in the dropdown even when mine don’t.

I have screenshots if you’d like to see the behavior or I could give you access to test it out for yourself.
