[Plugin: Advanced Access Manager] "Access manager " menu doesn't appear on network Ad

I have activated the plugin on a multisite installation. There were no errors on a sub-site basis or network wide activation

But, on super admin panel ( Network admin panel ) the ” Access Manager ” sub menu threw an error "Fatal error: Class 'phpQuery' not found in wp-content\plugins\advanced-access-manager\mvb_wp_access.php on line 735"

The error message appears so on a multisite setup installed on Localhost. On a live site, there is no error message , but the settings page doesn’t appear

There is no problem with settings page on site admin end.

Can you please help to resolve the issue
