[Plugin: AdRotate] upgraded from 3.1 to 3.2, now admin gone

The “AdRotate” heading is there, and under it is “Settings” but everything else is GONE!
No ‘manage’ or ‘statistics’ anything, and if I go to the address “wp-admin/admin.php?page=adrotate” it says no permissions. Only “page=adrotate-settings” exists.help?!
