I am currently hosting my blog on servage, and they cannot be of help because the error is related to an adrotator plugin. I currently have no access to my login page, nor does the blog site appear at all.

Seems there are two different types of adrotator plugins, and I’m not sure which is the correct one of the two. However, I thought that it might be possible for someone to determine which one it is by reading the “Fatal Error”, since I have no access to my account any longer since the plugin was activated?

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare adrotate_widget_1() (previously declared in /mounted-storage/home31c/sub026/sc73506-WZOO/phonesexerotic.com/blog/wp-content/plugins/adrotate/adrotate-widget.php:16) in /mounted-storage/home31c/sub026/sc73506-WZOO/phonesexerotic.com/blog/wp-content/plugins/adrotate/adrotate-widget.php on line 16

This error appears when attempting to login here:
    https://phonesexerotic.com/blog/wp-login.php

or simply when going to the blog link itself here:
    https://phonesexerotic.com/blog/

This is my first time using and hosting elsewhere. This is my first experience with any of this and not sure on what to do, but didn’t want to post the issue in the incorrect place. I will post this same messege in the alternative adrotator listed, only because I’m not sure which one is giving this issue.( lesson learned to write everything down along the way )

Can anyone assist as to any suggestions on what to do, please? Is it possible to have someone from www.remarpro.com go into my account and simply remove and delete the plugin, so that I could have access again?

Much appreciation for any replies, patience, and consideration.

When a plugin malfunctions, review the install procedure and begin to work backwards via FTP and your fav PHP editor.

    Step one:
    – simply delete the directory of the plugin from your root/wp-content/plugins/
    – if any code mods were done to bring it functional such as theme or otherwise, those should be removed.

Now refresh your page, it should be corrected.
