Plugin Admin page showing nothing

  • Hi,

    I have users having issues with their login info but I am unable to see any options whatsoever going to the plugin’s management page. It only shows a blank gray background regardless of which tab I choose. And this continues even after newly updating WordPress & the plugin versions. Any help is appreciated.

    Hello trav,

    One of two things is likely going on here. Either the last plugin update didn’t download or install correctly, or you have a conflict with something else in your install.

    Check the former first. Try deleting the plugin and installing it fresh. You won’t lose any data/users/settings/etc., as that’s all stored in the database.

    If it still doesn’t work, then sometimes a conflict with another plugin or your theme can cause such problems. As a test, could you disable all your plugins, but ours, and see if that makes a difference? From there, you could activate your plugins one by one until the issue reoccurs.

    To test the theme, you could switch to WordPress’s default Twenty Twenty-Two theme and see if that makes a?difference instead.
