plugin admin menu – move settings onto 1 page

Please put all admin settings pages (Menu Settings Themes) for this plugin accessible via links from just 1 admin settings page. There is no reason that this plugin needs to be constantly prominent on the left side admin menu – due to the fact that it is now a multilevel menu and the 3 different settings pages arent linked to each other.

. I do not need another top level admin menu cluttering up the left side of my admin. I have been actively replacing plugins that feel the need to clutter up my admin menu with multi level menus.
