[Plugin: Admin Management Xtended] Sorting drag handle is missing

With the latest release, drag handle icon for sorting is not displaying on hover. On inspection, it is found that jquery hover function is not printed on All page edit panel.

* if and elseif condition for printing javascript tag needs to rectify on general-function.php
