    Hello,

I had to deactivate this plugin because the older version use to add a – after my site title and the new version adds a |. I think this is used to separate the site title and the description title but I don’t use the latter so on google my site title would come up as “TITLE -” or “TITLE |”

Is there anyway to fix that so I can re-activate this plugin?

    Thanks

    Skurf

Have you set the title in admin SEO | Titles & Metas title template to just %%title%%

The doc indicates there are other variables that can be used in the titles. Check to see if %%sep%% is causing the pipe to show up.

You might not have noticed where the title templates are defined because to see those templates you have to click on a tab which is across the top of the “Titles & Metas” page.

There are several templates for different kinds of content. Notice the “%%sep%%” code, which means to insert the standard separator (as explained at the bottom of the “Help” tab).
