Plugin adds "DONOTCACHEPAGE" that prevents caching plugins from working

This plugin is great, but it adds “DONOTCACHEPAGE” to each page, preventing all caching. I use WP Supercache and this kills it.

I looked through code to try and find a section to comment-out, but couldn’t find it.
