Plugin adds Category to posts upon save or create

    This issue came up in the last days, it did not happen on 3.10.0 but it does on the current version (3.11.1).

    Whenever we create a new post, a Category is added. When I remove it and hit save, it is added again upon saving.

    That is probably a bug, can you look into this soon?

    Thanks for using our plugin.

    Does the category that automatically added is “Uncategorized”?

    No it’s not. However, we renamed all the Categories, so I am not sure if it ever was.

    But we suppress the category being added via the database (Changed the parameter ‘default_category’ to 0 in the ‘wp_options’ table.)

    If I disable your plugin, it works as it did before and as it does on every other WP-Site… When I enable the plugin, the category is added.

    I am not sure if it has something to do with our Permission Groups. Tell me if you need backend-access, I’ll be happy to provide it someway ??

    If you dont have Pro version of our plugin, we will need additional information about your issue to troubleshoot it.

    • Does the category that being added is always the same or random?
    • Is it happen for all users (including administrator) or specific user?
