Plugin adding + between words in PayPal cart

    Hello:

    Thank you for this plugin!

    WordPress Simple Paypal Shopping Cart has worked perfectly for over two years, but after this latest update to 4.3.2 there seems to be a bug introduced. When somebody adds an item to their cart, everything looks fine on our website. But when they go to the PayPal website to check-out, the Item Name description now has a ‘+’ symbol between every word. It didn’t do this before, and nothing else has changed on our website except the updated plugin.

    PayPal started doing this randomly for some reason. I have applied a fix for this in the plugin. Please upgrade the plugin to v4.3.3 and you shouldn’t see the issue.

    Oops, I spoke too soon.

    Received an order this morning, and it’s still adding a ‘+’ symbol between every word in the Item Name field.

    EDIT: this is with plugin update 4.3.3 already installed last night.

    Update: so after 4.3.3 was installed last night, I didn’t have another order until this morning. That order looked like this: “Chamber+Chiller+BETA-50+Prototype+Sample.+NO+REFUNDS!”. Oddly enough, an hour later another order for the same thing came in, but this time it looks normal: “Chamber Chiller BETA-50 Prototype Sample. NO REFUNDS!”. Nothing has changed since I installed version 4.3.3 last night, so perhaps something changed at PayPal’s end?

    @das-capitolin, it looks like PayPal has made a change at their end. However just keep an eye out and if you still see the same issue report it here.
