[Plugin: Add Twitter, Facebook Like, Google plus one Social share] Importing total count into a new

Hi everyone I’ve recently transfer post/page (not complete DB) from a site that is currently using this plugin into a new URL (site redesign) however we need to make sure that post shows sharing count existing on the previous URL.

I did noticed a ‘twitter_facebook_share’ field in options table on the DB but bringing that record into the new DB is not fixing the issue. Any clue?
