[Plugin: Add Twitter, Facebook Like, Google plus one Social share] (Caching problem) Where to manual

Hi,

I’ll start from saying that I love the plugin. It does what it has to do and looks just the way I wanted it look. However, I need some help for it to work with WP Super Cache plugin (also great)

Wp Super Cache changes every single page on my site (pages, posts, homepage, etc.) into static html pages, which speeds up the site to unbelievable loading time. It’s great, but the only things that do not work are the button provided by this plugin. This is happening because it has to be dynamic (not static). I found a way around it, i.e. call it through AJAX, using Ajaxize plugin.

What I do not know is which function to call and where to place the code for it to show up on every single WP page (including posts, homepage, pages, etc). I need it to float on the left side, as specified in admin panel.
