[Plugin: Add Meta Tags] Not working in 3.1.3

Installation worked without a problem. Went to config panel, copy/paste html code for meta that should appear on all pages, saved the changes.
Nothing appears in the header in pages only posts!
The theme header.php does have the wp_head() hook!
Home page only doesn’t seem to work either!
