  • Perhaps you should try DEVELOPING your plugin with
    define('WP_DEBUG', TRUE);
    so you can see the 5-7 notices I get on any pages this plugin generates or the 2-3 I get on all admin pages.

    Also repeated use of deprecated functions? In some cases it only takes a single character to fix them.

    If you are going to release a stable version at least make sure it works first.

    I am using the Apache, PHP and MySQL well above this plugins (and WP’s) requirements and a default install of the latest stable version of WordPress.
