[Plugin: Add Local Avatar] Avatar uploads but url fails

This we noticed today. When we edit author profile and add image to upload. The image uploads to the avatar folder but does not show in up on the blog site where we put your code. then we checked the settings screen for Avatar. There the path to the image was blank for the author. After manually inserting the path, it was fine.

Can you tell how to go about fixing this issue. Many authors on our site have previously uploaded avatars with no issues.
