    See the FAQ, question E15 for the error message and question E19 for clearing errors.

    Thanks Marcel, I’m uncertain of the question ID but I was there and done that I’m pretty sure. That’s where I got the info on reauthorising and whatnot. Still the errors are listed on the dashboard for four posts

    Hello!

    I have samekind of problem although not exactly. The error I get is: “Import comment: Error validating access token: Session has expired at unix time xxx current time is xxxyyy”.

    I haven’t changed my Facebook password. This problem appeared just recently and I haven’t slightest idea where the error came from. I haven’t made any changes to my Facebook account or app or to WordPress settings.

    Our site is https://www.goodkind.fi

    I appreciate if you have any advice how to move on.

    Thanks!

    – Jukka

    First of all try to authorize the plugin again by pressing the authorize button on the plugin settings page.

    It works!! And was so simple. Now I’m ashamed ??

    Thank you Marcel for so quick response!!

    I am just glad it works!

    I had the same problem with the UNIX time. I clicked the button to authorize again and got this error:

    cURL error 47: Array( [url] => https://www.facebook.com/unsupportedbrowser [content_type] => text/html; charset=utf-8 [http_code] => 302 [header_size] => 3101 [request_size] => 1141 [filetime] => -1 [ssl_verify_result] => 0 [redirect_count] => 10 [total_time] => 0.956379 [namelookup_time] => 2.7E-5 [connect_time] => 2.7E-5 [pretransfer_time] => 7.1E-5 [size_upload] => 0 [size_download] => 0 [speed_download] => 0 [speed_upload] => 0 [download_content_length] => 0 [upload_content_length] => 0 [starttransfer_time] => 0.053777 [redirect_time] => 0.902521)

    Did you already upgrade to the latest version of the plugin?
    This solved the problem for everybody so far.

    Yes, upgrading and re-authorizing worked great. Thanks for the prompt support and the great plugin.

    I had this problem as well, even though I hadn’t changed the Facebook password. Re-authorizing made the error messages go away but they re-appeared after posting a link to Facebook, when someone commented on a link and at least once daily randomly. The update before the one today solved the problem but after updating today it is back again.
