[Plugin: Add Link to Facebook] Comments input from FB are not being tagged on my post

  • When I create a post on my webpage it is placed on my FB page correctly. People have commented on the post. The comments appear in FB as expected but, not under the post page of my website. It appears that comments thread only reside on the FB side of the link

    I have verified the following items.
    – Integrate comments from Facebook: is checked
    – Post WordPress comments back to Facebook: is checked
    – Do not send pingbacks and trackbacks: is unchecked
    – Copy comments from Facebook to WordPress: is checked
    – Link Facebook comment to: is linked to Profile author
    – Integrate likes from Facebook: is checked
    – Show likers below the post text: is checked

    What have I configured incorrectly to make this not sync properly? Please let me know if further information is needed.

  • Did you also check the suggestions in the FAQ, question U39.

    In my experience an outdated theme is mostly the cause.

    Since this a recurring question, I have just extended the debug information to better see what is going on.

    Could you please download and install the development version, visit the WordPress post (front side) where you expect imported Facebook comments and send me the debug information as explained in the last question of the FAQ?

    I am working on switching out my theme back to twenty eleven. I am currently using Flexx Theme and I believe that this is causing my problem. I will update when I get this switch and verified.
