[Plugin: Add Link to Facebook] Activity feed not showing Page Likes…

  • I have added the activity feed (via shortcode) to my homepage, however I only see “SITE TITLE” xx people recommend this… Is there any additional setup required for tracking likes and showing them on the activity feed?

    Side note: the og:url is listing my homepage url with NO trailing slash, however the site is setup to redirect to the trailing slash domain. FB debugger does not like this. Any way to change it? Would this be a cause of my problem?

  • Unfortunately you can control very little of the Facebook activity feed (documentation).

    og:url is taken directly from get_home_url(), so you might need to check your WordPress settings (dashboard > Settings > General). Be careful with changing these settings, read this first.
