Plugin adapted for Brazil

I am from Brazil, I would like to know which list of suppliers that sell in Brazil do you have integrations?

Can I set up for Real Brazil currency?

And the plugin will show me information translated to Portuguese Brazil?

I was also wondering if this integration between the plugin and the stores there is a real time monitoring?
For example, I enter an offer from Amazon, and days later that offer changes the price or the offer no longer exists (it was deleted from the Amazon site). In this case, does the plugin make these changes automatically?
