[Plugin: Ad Injection] 0.9.7.4 new home/archive features

Ad Injection (latest version is 0.9.7.4) now has support for top/random/bottom ads on home and archive pages.

Also category, tag and author restrictions can be applied to the top/random/bottom ads.

If you had a problem with disappearing top/bottom ads in 0.9.7 – 0.9.7.2 please upgrade to 0.9.7.4 as it fixes the problem.
