Plugin active/inactive colors

It would be real nice if the active color for plugins was white and the inactive color shaded like gray or lesser white or something like that… I keep mistaking the white ones for active, and the blue ones just don’t make sense; I can’t think of another interface where blue means inactive.

I’m guessing the red means an active plugin that has an update… it seems kind of alarmist to highlight the whole thing red when it’s already obvious there’s an update with the red circular arrows. Red arrows on a white background makes sense for an active out-of-date plugin, and dark gray (or light red) arrows on a light gray background makes sense for inactive out-of-date plugins.
