[Plugin: Active Plugins] Menu doesn't appear in 3.2.1

Hiya!
I’m guessing this is just a 3.2.1 compatibility issue – I don’t get the promised menu item in Network Admin.
Instead, it appears in the Tools menu in the main site admin.
