[Plugin: Active Directory Integration] blocking Admin login

Hello,

I have installed the plugin, it works fine with one exception. If I logout, then I am unable to log back in as an administrator, I am only able to log in as a subscriber. I had to remove the wordpress tables from my db and run wp-config again. Does anyone know how to get this to wok?
