    I’m going to start messing with some code but I’d like to know if this is even possible.

    Hi robbie59,
    it is possible if I code that feature. But I think, that the correct way is to add all team leaders to a security group called “TEAM LEADERS” (or somewhat). Sorry, I will not implement that.
