[NSFW] Plugin Activation Issue

    When I activate the BuddyPress Registration Options plugin, I receive successful activation message. But the plugin link never appears in the WordPress dashboard. 1) I tried to deactivate/reactive plugin, same issue is encounter.
    2) I deactivated all other plugins to eliminate conflict issues, the result is still the same.

    I am using BuddyBoss theme. Any ideas on what I can do next. Is there any settings that I need to manually delete or reset.
