Plugin Activation Error

Hi I’m getting the following error on activation. Plugin installs ok, but wont activate.
Flickr Photostream can’t be activated: the cache Folder is not writable (/var/sites/w/writinginthelight.com/public_html/wp-content/uploads/phpFlickrCache)
The strange thing is that the url mentioned in the above error is a previous URL where I built the site prior to moving it to it’s current domain stanleysbuilders.co.uk
For some reason it’s trying to access the original development url, not the current url where I’m trying to re-install the plugin.
I moved the site using ‘WP CLONE’ if this is any help.Other plugins install and activate without issue.
Any ideas how to correct this?
