plugin activation, debug log shows queries executing twice

  • on a WAMP server, when I try to install my plugin, it errors, saying that a table exists, prior to trying to install it, there were no tables. when I look at the debug log, it shows that it is executing the queries twice from the activation routine.. works fine on a linux install. Any suggestions?
