Plugin acting strangely

Hi there,
I’ve disabled all plugins except for Elementor, Elementor Pro, and Dynamic Conditions. No matter what I do, this is the behavior I’m seeing — the conditional field shows up as an image box — any ideas? Am using hello theme out of the box, and site’s hosted on Digital Ocean/Spinup.
