• Hello,

    I?am using the MailPoet plugin to send notifications when a new post is created. I’m also using the Echo Knowledge Base (with Access Manager) plugin to create categories and articles. However, when I try to select articles from the Knowledge Base in MailPoet, I can see the categories, but when I click on them, it displays “There’s no content to display.” How can I resolve this issue?

    I’m not sure I completely understand your question here. When first reading it, I thought you were referring to our MailPoet knowledgebase available here: https://kb.mailpoet.com/

    However it sounds like you are referring to a different knowledgebase you created with that “Echo Knowledge Base” plugin — is that correct?

    We can help answer questions about MailPoet plugin functionality, however if you are looking for assistance with knowledgebase articles you are creating with that other plugin, please reach out to the developers of that plugin directly.

    If I’ve completely misunderstood, please let us know and clarify a bit more about what you are referring to. Screenshots would likely be helpful as well. Thank you!
