[Plugin: Absolute Privacy] No registration menu

I activated the plugin and in the dashboard everything seems oke, but there comes no registration menu which require the registrant to enter their first and last name, emailaddress and to choose a password. Immediately the inlog menu pops up with the message “You must login to view this site.”

Is there a solution for this problem?
