Plugin abandoned?

  • Hello,
    This plugin has not been updated for more than 2 years, producing notices that it may be abandoned. It still works with PHP 7.4 and it would be helpful if the compatibility with the the latest version of WordPress can be checked together with PHP 8.0 and any updates carried out, if required.

  • It still works great with WordPress 5.6.2 using PHP 7.3.27, Glad to hear it works with PHP 7.4 but my hosting provider hasn’t gone there yet.
    I hope someone takes this over because in addition to listing pages and posts, it also list images.

    It stopped working in PHP 8, I posted and it has just been updated.

    Great. Where is the update? The plugin’s page still says it hasn’t been updated for two years and is version 1.2.1. I am using the Simple Wp Sitemap Premium version 2.2.7. Has it been updated also? If so, how do I get the update for the Premium version?

    My apologies. I must be in a Covid fog. My last post here was for another sitemap plugin: WP Sitemap page.

    I’m sorry I raised your hopes. If no update for this plugin and you run into trouble, you can look at alternatives.
