[Plugin: A to Z Category Listing] No 'AtoZ Template

Hi – I have installed an activated A to Z category Listing and I can select the type of layout for your A to Z listing page from Tools > ‘AtoZ Listing’ menu.

But I can’t select ‘AtoZ Template’ from Page Attributes > Template drop-down menu. I only have the template that came whit the theme.
