[Plugin: 404 Redirected] Feature request

I have multisite; a significant proportion of the redirects are because the wrong site is being hit. Can you add alternate sites to your algorithm for automatic matching? That would be pretty cool.
I have to tell you, this is one of my must-have plugins. No WordPress install should be without it.
