    Settings -> 2-Click-Buttons -> generel

    Set position to “Manual (Template)” and add <?php if(function_exists('get_twoclick_buttons')) {get_twoclick_buttons(get_the_ID());}?> to your theme.

    Is mentioned in the settings, where you have to activate the manual option.
