plug ins missing from Dashboard

  • My plug ins all disappeared from the plug in page of dashboard. I checked using Filezilla and they are still all listed under the plug ins
    (public http – healthyheartsupport.org – contents -plug ins). I have no way to check if they are active or not. Can someone steer me in the right direction. I contacted my Host and they said they fixed it but they only made it worse. Originally only one plug in was missing and now they all are gone.

    -try switching to the default theme (“twentyten”) for a moment by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes. The idea is to force WordPress to fall back to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific issue.
