Plug-in working on all pages except homepage

The pop-up is working on all pages that I have built with the page builder (beaver builder) but not working on the homepage that I have built using the the wordpress text editor. So my homepage its showing the homepage content and not the contact form and text i inserted to the plugin. On the other pages its ok. How can I fix this? I am using the tesseract theme https://tyler.com/.
