    Hi there.

I’m struggling with activating a installed Travel Engine plug-in from my Dashboard. Everytime the activation fails with error pop-up message like below:
(!)Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Undefined constant “SECURE_AUTH_KEY” in C:\Users\hiros\Local Sites\visitoita\app\public\wp-content\plugins\wp-travel-engine\includes\lib\freemius\class-freemius.php on line 4061

My WP theme is “Travel Agency” by Rara themes. Enviroment is created on Local.
PHP version is already latest 8.0.0.

How shall I fix the issue?

    Hello @keoki1201,

I am sorry to hear that you are having an issue activating the WP Travel Engine plugin.

I have checked the issue on my local machine but I am not able to see the issue.

Have you installed any other third-party plugins?

Have you tried installing the plugins on Fresh WordPress installation?

If you are still having an issue, please let us know.

    Thank you.

    Thank you for your message.

Unfortunately the issue still remains. I have some other plugins installed.
Of course, I also tried to do it with deactivating the other installed plugins, but it failed.

    Hello @keoki1201,

I am sorry to hear that you are still having an issue.

If I check the error then the SECURE_AUTH_KEY constant should have already been defined on the wp-config file by WordPress during WordPress installation.

I am not sure how have you installed the WordPress but it seems that the SECURE_AUTH_KEY constant is not defined on the wp-config file.

Anyway, can you please generate the key from here and add it to the wp-config file.

    Check here.

    Thank you.
