Plug in visible from non admin user

Hello, your plug-in it’s very super!

I would like to make an Editor user able to modify a map(adding marker etc..)

Till now i was able to allow the Editor to install plug in or delete it, using some permission plug in, but not to use it.

Have you some hint to do it?
