• After updating to the most recent version of WPForms, my media library will no longer work properly. When the plug in is activated, I get a spinning loading wheel that never loads – this within the media library itself and anywhere I try to set an image whether it be a post, event, etc.

    I have a Pro License Key – unfortunately, my web designer did not leave any notations about this license; what email it was purchased under, the log in for WPForms, etc.

    Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

    Since you have an active license subscription with us, could you submit a support ticket though the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance?

    From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request and also help locate your account.

    As I noted originally, I do not have the log in info for our WPForms account and therefore cannot log into the Account Dashboard to submit a ticket which is why I am submitting here in the first place.

    Any help please?

    Thanks for your response.

    You should be able to send in an email through our contact form without needing to login. When you’re on the contact form, please click on Complete a Form under I have a basic question. Once the form appears, please set the topic to Other.

    You’re welcome to just include a link to this post if you’d prefer to do that. Our support team can also help you locate your account for you, you just need to provide proof of ownership of the account.
