    1. Please check your update subscription in your account and if it is still running please double check that you entered the right credentials on the options page.
    2. Please be sure you followed the installation instructions on the plugin page step by step.
    3. This forum is only for the free lite version of the plugin. You cannot get any support for the premium version here.
    4. If you need personal support you need a running support subscription. You can buy one on the plugin page.

    My plugin was not FREE! I paid you for it last week! Why does it not download automatically like all other plugins. And there are no help pages because you don’t offer any help.

    I just updated a couple of plugins today so my “credentials” are just fine.

    I am not asking for support I am asking why your plugin isn’t installing.

    If this is the way you are going to treat me please know right away that I will write to Word Press and anyone else I have to, to get your plugin and unhelpful manner out of their recommended plugins.

    I have no intention of investing hours of work in your nonfunctional plugin if its not going to work.
