plug-in to create an encyclopedia

I’m looking for a plug-in to build a searchable encyclopedia (large list/index of scientific information and data) and a way to enter all that data. I’ve been searching the plug-ins without any success and am hoping someone can direct me to something of the nature.

I order to give you an idea of what I need – here is the index divisions:

The Killifish Master Index is organized into three main divisions:
– the Annotated Checklist of Genera and Species;
– the Literature Cited;
– the Concordance of Synonyms, a cross-referenced tabulation of synonyms and their valid names.

I’d appreciate any help. I am not a coder unfortunately.
